Janet's paintings are landscapes, somewhat abstract, drawing inspiration from her travels around the united Kingdom, France and Italy.

Colour and texture are at the heart of Janet's practice. She uses a variety of different media and techniques to capture moments of tranquility as well as the raw energy of the sea that surrounds our unique and diverse isles.
